The Neos blast chillers carry out both time controlled and temperature controlled blast chilling and shock freezing cycles and can even be programmed to carry out an automatic holding cycle at the end of each period.


There are four models in the range, catering for four to fourteen GN 1/1 trays each of which has the same extensive feature list.
