PRODUCT INFORMATION
The blast chillers of the Evolve line offer technologically complete solutions and are the ideal combination of value for money, efficiency and reliability. The LCD electronic board enables the equipment to automatically calculate all cycle parameters according to the type of food to be blast
chilled or shock frozen. Simply enter the core probe and start the cycle – the automatic system will then do the rest. The range consists of models for between 5 and 20 GN 1/1 trays.
