PRODUCT INFORMATION
Launching in Q2 of 2021 the Venezia range of blast chillers and freezers are an exciting addition to the portfolio. Sizes range from 3 to 15 trays and will chill food to 3 degrees within a 90 minute cycle and -18 during a 240 minute cycle. All models are built from 304 grade stainless steel, feature a touch screen controller with food probe and promise to deliver exceptional results without breaking the bank.
