How quickly will my order be processed?
We will process all orders and payments within 24 hours. If there are any issues regarding your order one of our sales advisors shall contact you directly.
What warranty do I receive?
All new products come with a 24 month parts and 12 months labour warranty as standard. We offer an extended 3 year parts and labour warranty on all products - prices will be outlined accordingly. All Graded, Second Hand or B-Grade stock sale items will carry a 3 month parts and labour warranty
I have been sent a "Self Survey Form" what is it for?
If you are purchasing a larger item such as a Multdeck, Serve Over or Jumbo Island Freezer, we require you to fill in a Site Survey form to ensure that we can carry out our commitment to deliver your product. Please fill in this form with all the information required and return to shop@capitalcooling.com. Failure to do so will result in a delay to the dispatch of your order.
I have a problem with my product, what do I do?
You should check all items upon delivery for damage which has hapened in transit. You should also check that the product is in full working order. If a problem appears after installation please contact the Capital Cooling team on 0844 77 66 700 or shop@capitalcooling.com and they will assist you.
I have an old unit I wish to have uplifted can you do this?
In short, yes. When you are purchasing your new Capital Cooling product please select the uplift option from the drop down menu on the product page. Please ensure that you select the correct option as our drivers reserve the right to refuse uplift of items which are larger than the option paid for.
Are you an internet only company?
No. We are a large, National refrigeration company who have many large clients. Also, unlike many of our competitors, we have a real showroom which you can visit should you wish to see any of our products up close, or speak face to face with an expert.
