It is the policy of Capital Cooling Ltd to:
- Provide high quality, effective, comprehensive, cost effective sale, installation, maintenance and repair of refrigerated equipment services which are relevant to our customer’s needs and which are in accordance with the requirements of the EN ISO 9001:2008;
- Constantly monitor our services to ensure that we continue to meet current and anticipated needs of customers;
- Implement the policy via a series of flowcharts which are subject to ongoing audit;
- Review this policy, along with our Quality Objectives during formal Management Review Meetings and other regular informal meetings to ensure its continuing suitability;
- Ensure our Quality System is effectively implemented and give consideration at all times to required resources for equipment, materials and personnel;
- Commit to complying with the requirements of the International Standard and to continual improvement.
