Our Service Team is responsible for the fast and efficient management of all service and maintenance scheduling working to ensure that our Service Engineers get your refrigeration equipment up and running quickly.
Our National Service Centre is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year and is supported by a network of service engineers located throughout the UK.
All service calls are logged onto our service management system which enables us to monitor their status and provide our customers with real time progress reports.
Our fully qualified Service Engineers are equipped with the latest technology including SatNavs to avoid unnecessary travel delays and “PSION Teklogix Workabout” PDAs giving them access to the our service management system for fast and accurate communication with the service centre. Their vans are well stocked with a range of component spares, enabling a high proportion of first time fixes.
Our Service Team is backed up by a fully equipped workshop and Procurement team, located at our Head Office in Broxburn, West Lothian.
